We understand that providing care for someone at home is not always straightforward. We have a dedicated Training Manager who provides a range of training for our staff.
On top of the mandatory training our team of care workers are also trained in Dementia Care, End of Life Care and we also have excellent relations with the District Nurses and Occupational Therapists who are also happy to work with our care workers to show them how a new piece of equipment is used.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and how we can make changes in a timely manner to care packages and work with other professionals to keep clients in their own homes for longer.
